Our recruitment process is carefully crafted with you in mind to deliver the best possible results. We’ve built our model to be personable, consultative, honest and thorough providing you with advice throughout.

Step 1) The Brief

In order for us to find your perfect match it starts at the very beginning by understanding your business. Not just what you do, but who you are. This enables us to match the right personality as well as the right skills and experience.

Step 2) Advice & Guidance

In a competitive and candidate led market with certain skills gaps it’s important to consult with you to select the right campaign for your requirement. We’ll run you through the different options without the jargon or sales targets to meet. That way you can choose what you feel suits your business best.

Step 3) The search

Our role is to cast the net wide to attract and speak to as many potential candidates as possible. This could be through the vacancy advertisement or extensive candidate searching through different means. Being an advocate for your business and your vacancy we’re able to sell the opportunity as a whole rather than just what job seekers see online. Saving you time, we will face to face interview all suitable candidates for you to present you with the cream of the crop.

Step 6) Post campaign partnership

When your new recruit starts we will check in with you both to ensure that the placement is progressing as planned and we will be on hand to offer any additional support. If you need help with bedding your new employee in we have resources available to assist with this. Moving forward we will keep in touch and inform you of any future candidates that may be of interest to you.

Step 5) Handling Feedback and offers

Following the interview we will take feedback from the candidates and yourself. At this point we act as an intermediary and assist in the next steps being a 2nd interview, handling the job offer and letting any un-successful applicants know. We keep in regular contact with you during any notice period and help with the return of any contracts and documentation.

Prior to the interview you will have received all suitable CV’s with supporting information giving you a rounded view of the candidates experience and suitability. We will arrange interviews with shortlisted candidates at a time and location suited to you. If you’d prefer to initially interview off site you can use our premises and meeting rooms.
