Ten years. It doesn’t quite seem real.
When Glu Recruit was founded back in 2016, the aim wasn’t to become the biggest recruitment agency. It was simply to do recruitment differently.
To build genuine relationships. To take the time to understand people. To work in partnership with businesses rather than just filling vacancies. To create a company where clients, candidates and our own team genuinely enjoy working with us.
Fast forward 10 years, and whilst we’ve achieved more than we could ever have imagined, those values haven’t changed.
If anything, they’re even more important to us today.

Recruitment is often described as being about jobs, but we don’t see it that way; for us, it’s about the people.
It’s about helping someone find a role where they can build a career they’re excited about. It’s about supporting businesses to find the person who’ll make a real difference to their team. It’s about creating partnerships built on trust, honesty and doing what you say you’re going to do.
Over the last decade, we’ve been lucky enough to work with hundreds of businesses and thousands of candidates, and we never take that trust for granted.
