The process
Send us your spec
We’ll have a chat with you to get to know more about the role and your company. We ask for a job spec, so we know exactly what you’re looking for. If you don’t have a job spec, we can create one for you.
Advertise away
We’ll advertise the role in lots of areas, targeting the best candidates for the role. We’ll also review our candidate pool and directly contact those we think would be a great fit.
CV check
We’ll obtain CVs from candidates and review them to assess their skills, experience and suitability to see whether they’re the right person for the job.
Screening station
We’ll thoroughly screen candidates over a video call, checking their ID, Right to Work and for any unspent criminal convictions or health conditions that are relevant to you before sending over potential candidates.
Handling HR
We’ll handle any job offers and communicate start and finish times with candidates. On top of this, we also deal with timesheets, payroll, and any HR issues.
