As May draws to a close, we’re taking a few minutes to look back on the moments that made the month memorable.
Recruitment is always full of highs, lows, challenges and successes, but it’s often the personal wins and standout moments that make the biggest impact.
So, whether it’s a career milestone, a home improvement project, a sporting sigh of relief, or simply enjoying the sunshine, here are our team’s Recruiter Highlights of the Month for May:
Rob:
“Mine feels like a bit of an adult one this month. Of course, watching the team ride the rollercoaster of recruitment has been a highlight, but we’ve also had the whole house decorated and I absolutely love it!”
Joe:
“My highlight was visiting a lovely new candidate in their 113,000 sq ft warehouse. It was incredible to see such a huge space and I’m thrilled they’ve chosen us to be part of their journey.”
Karen:
“I spoke last month about my new outdoor kitchen, and I’m delighted that this month my highlight is the new patio to go with it!”
Jack:
“It’s been a rough time for Sheffield Wednesday fans, but my highlight has to be that they’ve finally been taken over and we can all breathe a little easier!”
Taryn:
“I’ve had a candidate in a process for eight weeks due to travel, annual leave and various delays, so I’m pleased to say that this week I finally got them over the finish line and into their new role!”
Chloe:
“I was thrilled to be asked to be a bridesmaid for one of my friends this month. I’ve never been one before and I can’t wait for the wedding!”
Jess:
“My highlight has got to be the lighter mornings and evenings – with plenty of wine, good books and my two little dogs enjoying the garden with me.”
Reggie:
Reggie has loved the sunshine this month. His favourite thing to do in the world is sunbathe, and he’s made the most of every ray.
