It’s an extremely exciting time for Glu Recruit, as we enter a year of change and progression. We’re on the hunt for two new members to join our amazing team as a Recruitment Consultant and IT Specialist Recruitment Consultant.

So, who are we looking for?
We’re not set on hiring people with a recruitment background, in fact some of our most successful consultants had no recruitment experience when they joined us.
What we are looking for is someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn. For the Recruitment Consultant role, we would be open to hearing from people with sales experience, who are self-motivated and can work with customer focus at the forefront of their minds.
Being naturally confident in forming new relationships, both internally and externally, is a must as we strive to form partnerships that stick.
While not the driving aspect of the role, working to targets will be a part of your day-to-day, so if you have experience of producing results and smashing targets – get in touch today.
For the IT Specialist Recruitment Consultant, all of the above applies, the key difference being that we want to hear from people with IT, technology or software sales experience. Again, recruitment experience is not a necessity!
Both roles require you to be a car driver with a full UK driving license.
