Role: Internal Sales Executive

Salary: £25,000 Per Annum Plus Commission

Located: Rotherham

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday

The role:                                                           

Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong ability to drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our products or services.

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell lift maintenance contracts.
  • Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate service solutions
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and past clients to maximize opportunities.
  • Organise meeting and site visits.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our lift maintenance services, pricing, and offerings.
  • Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Log all customer interactions in the CRM system/Simpro.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure accurate quoting and customer satisfaction.
  • Warranty customer review (new install) Zero value warranty contract signups
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Supporting sales team (Warm Leads, Business referrals)

The successful candidate:

  • Previous telesales or inside sales experience, ideally in facilities, maintenance, or engineering services.
  • Confident and articulate communicator with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. (Not Essential)
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of lift/elevator systems is desirable but not essential – training will be provided.
  • Good IT Skills, confident worker across MS Packages
