Rob Shaw – Managing Director
Rob leads Glu Recruit, bringing over a decade of recruitment experience and a big focus on relationships, quality and long-term results.
Karen Hughes – Head of Recruitment
Karen heads up the recruitment team, supporting performance, development and client relationships while continuing to recruit herself.
Joe Hall – Head of Business Operations
Joe supports Glu Recruit’s ongoing growth by overseeing operational efficiency and leading the finance function across the business.
Jack Crookes – Recruitment Team Leader
Jack works across a broad range of roles while supporting the team’s day-to-day delivery, development and overall performance.
Demi Trueman – Recruitment Consultant
Demi works across temporary and permanent roles, bringing experience from accountancy, she is our Accountancy and Finance specialist.
Taryn Foster – Recruitment Consultant
Taryn joined Glu Recruit after more than two decades in the travel industry and works across temporary, permanent and contract roles.
Chloe Eddleston – Recruitment Consultant
Chloe brings a strong background in industrial recruitment and supports temporary, contract and permanent hiring across Glu’s specialist areas.
Jess Canning – Marketing and Communications Manager
Jess looks after Glu Recruit’s marketing and communications across onsite content, email, PR and social media.
Reggie – Head of Paw-sitive Culture
Reggie takes care of team spirit, welcomes visitors, supervises snack time and makes sure everyone remembers to take a proper walk break.
