Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 Per Annum DOE
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday

About the Role
Our client is recruiting for a Network Coordinator to join their growing team, supporting the smooth operation of one of the UK’s leading accident repair networks. This role is ideal for someone with experience in claims management or accident repair operations who enjoys problem solving, working with data, and managing operational processes in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring repairers across the network remain compliant, operationally efficient, and fully supported, while helping to deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the repair journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the repairer network database, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
- Monitor compliance, performance, and repair progress across the network
- Support the resolution of escalated and long-running repair cases
- Manage rectification works and coordinate communication between repairers and stakeholders
- Liaise with internal teams, work providers, and repair locations to resolve operational issues
- Produce performance reports and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure repairers are correctly set up on internal systems and communication platforms
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
About You
- Previous experience within accident repair, claims management, or motor industry operations
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage challenging conversations professionally
- Comfortable managing escalations and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT and systems skills, including experience with reporting tools or claims systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
