Role: Administrator

Salary: £17K-£22K DOE

Location: Doncaster

Our client is a leading supplier of an international supplier.

Key responsibilities:

As a Administrator you will be responsible for maximizing Customer Service and communication. In addition, this person will be responsible for effective administration within the sales department.

  • Maintain accurate and up to date customer details and customer account records
  • Process sales orders
  • Book shipping and liaise with couriers both for import and export
  • Deal with customer account queries and customers in a friendly and efficient manner
  • General upkeep of a busy sales office including administrative/clerical duties
  • Administration of new account forms
  • To cover any other administrative duties of the general sales office as required
  • To answer incoming calls promptly

Additional requirements:

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • An administration background and experience of working in a fast paced sales department


  • Hours Monday to Friday 08:30am- 5pm
  • 20 days holidays + bank holidays
  • Social gatherings
  • Free onsite parking
