Role: Administrator

Salary: £19,000 – £22,000 depending on experience

Location: Ossett, Wakefield

Working days: Monday to Friday – 8 am – 5 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day administration tasks.
  • Work through reports daily to ensure the system is up to date with current customer hires.
  • Responsible for off-hiring customer equipment and liaising with the customer to ensure a smooth collection process.
  • Take care of anniversary calls to existing customers.
  • Support the hire desk team with any ad-hoc inquiries and tasks.
