Salary:

• Full-Time (37.5 hours): £26,325 per annum
• Part-Time (16 hours): £11,292 per annum
• Part-Time (22.5 hours): £15,795 per annum

Location: Sheffield

Hours:

• 1 x Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
• 1 x Part-Time (16 hours per week)
• 1 x Part-Time (22.5 hours per week)

Contract: Permanent

Our client is recruiting for compassionate and enthusiastic Adult Support Workers to join their dedicated team. Working within a specialist adult service, you’ll support adults with neurological conditions to develop independence, participate in meaningful activities and enjoy fulfilling daily experiences.

Duties include:

• Providing day-to-day support, including personal care where required
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of daily activities and programmes
• Supporting adults both on-site and within the local community
• Helping prepare activity and workshop environments
• Carrying out general housekeeping duties
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality support
• Maintaining accurate records and confidentiality
• Attending relevant training and staff meetings
• Following all safeguarding, health & safety and organisational policies

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a care or support environment
• Experience supporting adults with physical disabilities or learning disabilities
• Full UK driving licence with business insurance (if driving for work purposes)
