Campaign executive (Digital Advertising)

Role: Campaign executive (Digital Advertising)

Salary: £21,000-£25,000 per annum depending on experience

Location: London Soho – Office or Hybrid working available

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

Key duties include:

• Ensuring all internal processes are followed accurately and correctly every time
• Ensuring sales teams are provided with correct and accurate data.
• Our customers bookings are played or posted correctly and on time
• We are accountable for what is booked and can prove it
• Our customers bookings are passed to finance for invoicing
• Our tech stack is operating to maximum effectiveness
• Providing Excellent Customer service to our sales reps and our clients
• Optioning and Booking campaigns immediately upon request
• Ensuring plans are 100% correct
• Keeping admin records clean and up to date
• Providing rapid responses to client briefs
• Working with sales team to ensure sales delivery process is always being followed

Experience Required:

Essential

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment
• Fast learner & Tech confident
• Basic knowledge of Excel
