About the Role
Our client is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of a UK-wide accident repair network. The role is focused on managing repair updates, minimising delays, and maintaining strong communication with repairers to ensure clients receive accurate and timely information throughout the repair process.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in accident repair, claims, or customer service who enjoys problem solving and working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Active Repair Progression & Chasing
- Proactively monitor and chase long-running repairs exceeding agreed targets
- Contact repair locations to obtain missing repair updates and progress information
- Support the resolution of delays, including parts issues and operational blockers
- Act as a key contact for repairers regarding processes, procedures, and work provider schemes
- Ensure accurate and timely communication throughout the repair journey
Data Integrity & Administration
- Support the maintenance of accurate repairer records and contact details
- Monitor compliance information including certifications, insurance, and repair capacity
- Assist with resolving system or communication issues within internal platforms
- Support reporting processes relating to repair delays and operational performance
- Ensure all repairer information and documentation remains accurate and up to date
About You
- Understanding of accident repair processes or claims operations
- Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Comfortable working with systems, reporting tools, and communication platforms
- Experience within accident repair, claims, or a fast-paced customer service environment would be beneficial
