Role: Customer Support Specialist
Salary: £24,500
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Location: Leeds (Hybrid working – home and office-based)

This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join a brand-new Contact Centre team in Leeds, offering the chance to make a real impact from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels
- Manage customer correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Build strong rapport with customers and clients, ensuring a positive customer journey
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Use diallers and contact centre platforms effectively to manage workload
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Adhere to company processes and compliance standards
The Successful Candidate:
- Previous experience within a customer service contact centre environment (essential)
- Previous experience in financial services and dialler experience (preferred)
- Experience handling inbound, outbound, and correspondence channels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and CRM systems
- Experience with diallers and contact centre platforms
- Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and positive approach to customer service
