Role: Customer Support Specialist

Salary: £24,500

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Location: Leeds (Hybrid working – home and office-based)

This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join a brand-new Contact Centre team in Leeds, offering the chance to make a real impact from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels
  • Manage customer correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong rapport with customers and clients, ensuring a positive customer journey
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Use diallers and contact centre platforms effectively to manage workload
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Adhere to company processes and compliance standards

The Successful Candidate:

  • Previous experience within a customer service contact centre environment (essential)
  • Previous experience in financial services and dialler experience (preferred)
  • Experience handling inbound, outbound, and correspondence channels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and CRM systems
  • Experience with diallers and contact centre platforms
  • Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and positive approach to customer service
