Role: Diary Coordinator

Salary: £20,837 – £22,973

Working pattern: 40 hours per week (Flexible start / finish times available, on a rota basis)

Location: Doncaster

Joining our business in coordinating and managing our tenant relationships, this busy and varied role is pivotal to our internal and external stakeholder relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.

From downloading reports and actioning works orders, to engaging with contractors and keeping tenants informed, this busy, varied role requires a team player with great customer service skills and problem-solving capabilities. 


Assisting the Diary Coordinator

Calling tenants at rented properties

Completing updates about reports of calls and progress made

Following up contact with tenants via telephone call and sending out standard letters and emails

Scheduling appointments and advance bookings at tenanted properties

Effectively managing diary bookings including any late cancellations from tenants

Applying cancellation fees and informing tenants about any pending charges

Coordinating Locksmiths to attend properties

Raising works orders

Liaising with contractors

Skills and attributes:

Excellent organisational skills

A confident manner, especially on the telephone

Excellent customer service skills

Accurate data entry skills

Ability to undertake development opportunities and progress with an exciting, growing organisation
