Group Digital Marketing Executive is for a worldwide group of companies.
This role is responsible for supporting the marketing manager digital marketing. This involves coordinating online campaigns, making sure we stay ahead of our competitors. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and proof reading skills. It requires project coordination and communication skills along with a positive, proactive attitude to promote good teamwork.
This role reports directly to the Group Marketing manager.
In addition to these main functions, employees are required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required.
The Company reserves the right to make changes to the job title/job description and duties to be undertaken by the job holder from time to time.
Main duties/responsibilities
- Close liaison with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director
- Ensuring that all social media is populated and updated daily.
- Increasing engagement and followers, keeping us ahead of its competitors.
- Creating detailed reports from social media channels
- Weekly reports for PPC, Magento and Google Analytics
- Review and update Group websites- making sure SEO is maximized.
- Review of competitor activities including their websites
- Database management and analysis
- Manage the email campaigns, including offer emails, newsletters and carrying out detailed reports.
- Writing creative briefs and briefing designers
- Proof reading company literature and documents
- Undertaking market research
- Implementing paid digital advertising on Google Ad, social media, and other platforms.
- Organise and record Podcasts with different people in the industry
- Content writing for PCN (industry magazine), press releases, blogs, website content, product descriptions and broadcasting.
- Support the sister companies with digital marketing campaigns
- Assist the Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant in organising, co-ordinating and attending exhibitions / workshops
- In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required by the marketing department, to help the team

Additional Information
- Travelling required for Exhibitions, Conferences and Workshops
- Hours of work (38.75 hours per week) but can be extensive due to the nature of the role.
