Role: Fleet Administrator (Part-Time)
Salary: £13,500 Per Annum
Located: Rotherham
Hours: 20 Hours Per Week
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday (4 Hours Per Day – Flexible)

Our client is one of the UK’s leading specialist van retailers and conversion companies, specialising in premium custom vehicles. They are looking for an organised and proactive Fleet Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of their growing van rental business.
The role:
- Maintaining accurate fleet records including vehicle registrations, MOTs, servicing schedules, inspections, road tax and insurance documentation
- Scheduling MOTs, servicing, repairs, tyre replacements and routine vehicle maintenance
- Preparing and processing rental agreements, vehicle handover documents and damage reports
- Managing vehicle booking systems and fleet availability records
- Handling general administration duties, answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries
- Managing parking fines, penalty charge notices and associated documentation
- Assisting with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures when required
- Liaising with customers regarding bookings, vehicle availability and rental documentation
- Supporting the wider operations team with general administrative duties
The successful candidate:
- Previous administration experience, ideally within fleet, transport, logistics, automotive or rental sectors
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Word
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proactive and professional approach to work
Desirable:
- Experience using fleet management or rental software
- Knowledge of vehicle compliance requirements and transport regulations
- Experience within a vehicle rental or commercial fleet environment
- Experience using Xero accounting software
