Role: Graduate Finance, Reporting & Data Analyst
Salary: £20,000-£22,000 per annum depending on experience

The role:
Role overview:
- Full time – 35 hours per week (flexibility could be offered for part time / job share)
- Salary dependent on experience based on a banding of £20,000 – £22,000
- Based within the Operations team, reporting to the Operations Manager
- Office based 2/3 days per week in Sheffield
- Potential future training / development
Key Accountabilities:
- Gather, manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets
- Draw valid inferences and present them using reporting tools, creating data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
- Identify, investigate and provide a commentary on trends and anomalies
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
- Set up and maintain automated data processes
- Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools
- Liaise with other departments, Global Headquarters (HQ) & external sources to fully understand systems & data content
- Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
- Develop and support reporting processes, records management processes and policies
- Implementation and report narration of corrections & amendments
- Assist with identifying potential sales opportunities & financial savings / efficiencies
- Ensure data is accurate and relevant within a variety of systems
- Responsible for administering financial transactions, demonstrating an awareness of commercial impact of those transactions & providing support for other finance functions
The successful candidate;
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of data analysis tools
- Familiarity with databases, CRM systems & stock management / finance systems (Ideally NAVISION / Microsoft Dynamics)
- Ability to carry out data quality control & validation
- Ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisations
- Financial awareness relating to P & L, stock & standard operating procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good attention to detail
- Curious & inquisitive approach
- Able to work well as an individual as well as in team configurations
- Ability to interact with senior management & across other departments
- Great attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities
