Salary: £20,000 – £24,000

Location: Matlock

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with 1 hour for lunch each day unpaid.

Job Summary:

Glu Recruit is recruiting for a Graduate Insolvency Administrator to join their team based in Matlock.

This is an interesting and technical administration role with prospects of career progression in the insolvency field. The successful candidate will have a desire to train further in insolvency with a view to career progression. This is a very hands-on role with full involvement in all aspects of the cases.

Main responsibilities:

• Participating in client board meetings, creditors meetings and progression meetings
• Communicating with third-party professionals
• Creating and maintaining cases on IPS
• Creating Manual files
• Dealing with queries via telephone, email and letter
• Supporting Case Managers
• Uploading employee information to the Redundancy Payments Office
• Studying all tasks in relation to managing your own caseload
• If more experienced; Drafting reports to creditors, Progressing cases through to completion, Reviewing cases for compliance and progression, Asset valuation and realisation

Successful candidate:

• A minimum of 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English at grade 6/B or above, 2 A-levels or equivalent
• A financial or accounting degree would be desirable due to the complexity of the work
• Must be numerate and computer literate.
• Have good communication skills both verbal and written.
