Role: Healthcare Service Manager
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Sheffield
The role:
Responsibility for delivery and development of the Direct Care service.
Assisting clinics & patients with orders, enquiries,
troubleshooting devices, including handling e-mails, phone
calls, video calls, texts, language line.
Responsible for the quality control and quality management
of the Direct Care service, including
customer surveys; subsequent action plans and delivery on
service improvements.
Engaging with potential and new clinics (in conjunction with
the Commercial team), following through the roll out and
implementation at new customer clinics including liaison
with data protection, IT, clinicians, procurement and
patients.
Managing human resources for the Direct Care
service including quantifying and planning human resource
needs as the service develops and assuming line
management responsibility for future Direct Care
Customer Support personnel.
Helping generate overviews, costings, targets and reports,
identify trends and opportunities for service improvements/
developments.
Working closely with the Marketing team to develop
Direct Care materials and marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain expertise on products, provide
assistance at customer/ recipient meetings where technical
support is required and support internal colleagues in
technical and product knowledge.
Providing administration support to the Clinical team,
including updating the clinical database, adding new data &
contacting clinics for more information.
Working alongside Operations and Clinical teams on
complex product orders, including chaperone of the custom
made device process.
The successful candidate:
Will have experience in the healthcare/medical sector and be highly skilled in customer service. You will ideally have experience of handling technical enquiries relating to a product/service.
