Role: International Freight Administrator

Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 Per Annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting daily branch operations within a busy office environment
• Providing excellent customer care both face-to-face and over the phone
• Handling customer relationship queries efficiently and professionally
• Assisting with administrative duties and office support tasks
• Supporting logistics and freight movement processes
• Ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
• Using internal IT systems effectively to manage workloads

The Successful Candidate:

• Experience within sea/ocean freight forwarding would be highly beneficial. Alternatively, any experience/knowledge in another type of freight
• Knowledge/experience in international import/export/customs
• Excellent customer care and communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities
• Experience working in a customer service environment (face-to-face and/or telephone-based)
• High attention to detail
• Strong IT and computer skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Keen to learn, with full training provided
