Role: Lettings Manager
Salary: £26,000
Location: Huddersfield (HD8)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am – 4pm (day off in the week when working a Saturday)
Our client is an estate agent where a personal service is central to everything they do. They place great emphasis on communication and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and preparing all lettings marketing material
- Carrying out lettings property viewings
- Processing new tenancy applications
- Preparing tenancy agreements
- Creating move in packs
- Carrying out inventories, check ins & check outs.
- Updating systems and utility companies
- Dealing with property maintenance issues
- Attending property inspections
- Attending move out appointments
- Issuing the relevant legal notices
- Dealing with bonds and bond disputes.
The successful candidate:
- Lettings experience – essential
- Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle..
- Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
- Strong attention to detail
