Role: Lettings Negotiator

Salary: £25,000

Location: Sheffield

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.15 pm. 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.45am – 1pm (afternoon back in lieu for working a Saturday). 

Our client is a Sheffield based independent estate agency offering a full range of property services and market knowledge, they hold a high-end impressive property portfolio.

Duties to include:

• Carrying out property viewings, showing prospective tenants around properties
• Drawing up tenancy agreements, signing tenants up and taking payments
• Liaising with existing and new tenants.
• Liaising with existing and new landlords.
• Acting in a timely manner for all lease renewals, vacations etc.
• Answering the telephone, sending, and replying to emails
• Dealing with general enquires.
• Booking viewings with potential tenants and updating marketing materials and websites etc
• Chasing feedback on viewings from potential tenants
• Assisting the Lettings Manager with all areas of the lettings process

The Successful Candidate

Skills and Experience:

• Previous lettings experience is desirable.
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.
• Well presented, articulate with excellent communication skills.
• Hard working “can do” attitude.
• Able to work to tight deadlines and in a busy environment.
