Role: Maintenance Co-Ordinator

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £9.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm

Temporary to Permanent Role

Duties:

  • Speaking with tenants and landlords to arrange the appointments for essential maintenance and repairs on properties
  • Arranging and taking payments for property repairs
  • Taking inbound and outbound calls
  • General admin of customer accounts

The successful candidate:

  • Must have experience of working within a customer facing role
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Be computer literate
  • Have a good ethic towards work
