The Role
We are seeking a B2B Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of trade marketing activity across a wholesale, retail, and distributor network. Working closely with the Brand Managers, you will help bridge brand and commercial priorities, ensuring retail partners are equipped with high-quality tools, campaigns, and materials that support sell-in, sell-through, and strong in-store execution.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for coordinating the B2B marketing calendar, trade communications, retail activations, and sales enablement materials in line with seasonal brand and commercial objectives.
Responsibilities
Trade Marketing Planning & Delivery
- Support the planning and delivery of the annual B2B marketing calendar aligned to seasonal launches and commercial priorities.
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of trade marketing toolkits including linesheets, presenters, launch packs, campaign assets, product training materials and ready-to-use digital assets.
- Work closely with Brand Managers to adapt consumer campaigns for wholesale and retail audiences.
- Present seasonal campaigns and marketing activity at sales meetings and conferences where required.
- Track and report on trade marketing activity and performance to support future planning.
Point of Sale & Retail Activation
- Work with Brand Managers to develop and offer meaningful, commercially effective POS solutions to retailers.
- Coordinate trade shows, sales conferences, showroom activity, and retail activations in collaboration with Brand and Sales teams.
- Support retail partners with tailored marketing activity where required.
- GWP requirements and delivery.
Retailer Onboarding & Trade Support
- Support the onboarding of new retail accounts, working closely with Brand and Digital teams to ensure partners are equipped with the tools and brand knowledge needed to successfully launch our brands.
- Provide launch packs, campaign assets, and guidance on B2B Hub access and usage.
Trade Communications & Insights
- Manage trade communications including newsletters, launch updates, and seasonal announcements.
- Support the management of B2B emails, coordinating campaigns and ensuring partners are kept up to date with relevant information.
- Assist in improving B2B channels and tools to enhance partner experience and engagement.
- Coordinate trade promotions to support seasonal and commercial objectives.
- Gather retailer and Sales team feedback to inform future campaign planning and improve trade materials.
- Identify opportunities to grow international and distributor revenue through B2B platform optimisation.
- Monitor and analyse B2B performance metrics, including average order value, repeat purchase rates, and partner lifecycle performance, providing insights to inform future B2B strategy and planning.
The successful candidate:
- Ideally, 3+ years’ experience in a marketing or trade marketing role, ideally within fashion or premium retail.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with a positive, collaborative and proactive approach.
- Confident presenter with the ability to communicate clearly to commercial teams and senior stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of wholesale and retail environments.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
