Role: Marketing & Social Media Manager
Location: Sheffield (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 FTE
Hours/Working Pattern: 3-5 days per week with flexible working hours. Hybrid or office-based, with a minimum of one day per month in the office.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing & Social Media Manager to take ownership of all marketing activities for a growing B2B software business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and can confidently manage a varied marketing workload across multiple client sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and deliver marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, with a particular focus on LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs and email campaigns.
- Produce press releases, case studies and marketing collateral.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure it remains relevant and engaging.
- Drive brand awareness through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Develop lead generation campaigns to support business development activity.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand different customer markets and tailor marketing activity accordingly.
- Confidently adapt marketing strategies to suit a wide variety of industries and target audiences.
- Manage marketing activity independently while balancing multiple priorities.
The Successful Candidate
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a hands-on marketing role.
- Experience within a B2B environment.
- Experience marketing SaaS products or software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot or an equivalent CRM/marketing automation platform.
- Experience managing social media campaigns, particularly LinkedIn.
- Proven experience delivering lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience producing press releases and customer case studies.
- The ability to work independently and manage their own workload.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to adapt marketing messages across a broad range of sectors.
