Role: Multi-skilled Electrician

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000 Per Annum

The role:

Our client is recruiting for a Multi-skilled Electrician to carry out the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems across residential and commercial properties. In addition to electrical work, you will undertake a range of basic multi-skilled tasks, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with industry regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Carry out electrical testing, inspections and fault finding.
• Complete Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Install and maintain domestic fire alarm systems.
• Undertake basic plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling and decorating tasks where required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and BS 7671 standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality workmanship.

The successful candidate:

Essential

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
• AM2 qualification or equivalent to obtain an ECS Gold Card.
• BS 7671 qualification (latest edition).
• Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance and repairs.
• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent fault-finding, communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

• Valid ECS Gold Card.
• Qualification in inspection, testing and condition reporting (EICR).
