Role: Part Time Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £15,000 – £17,000 per annum pro rata

Working pattern: 21 hours per week – Monday & Friday plus 1 other day

Location: Sheffield (North)

Our client are a technology leader in the manufacture and design of their products.

The role:

The role is based in the Operations team and includes processing internal and external orders, repairs & queries. Assist in achieving company & team objectives, work in line with company & team values, follow team deadlines, standards & expectations, undertake allocated tasks as detailed below and comply with company rules & regulations.

Duties within the role:

  • Process incoming orders
  • Process incoming requests
  • Processing registration forms & other documentation
  • Request repair purchase orders
  • Meet service delivery deadlines
  • Manage queries – internal & external by phone, e-mail & face to face
  • Feedback to improve processes & systems
  • Log all relevant customer data
  • Ensure customer service team are up to date with changes to procedures / processes

The successful candidate:

IT Literacy – MS Office & CRM system
Excellent telephone manner
Attention to detail
Communication skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to work alone and within a team

Order processing experience – desirable
Customer service experience – desirable
