Role: Payroll Administrator

Salary: up to £25,000

Location: Sheffield/Rotherham

Our client are a leading firm of Accountants looking to recruit an experienced Payroll professional into the firm.

The Role

  • Managing multiple payrolls at any given time
  • Assist in the management of a varied client portfolio from smaller limited companies through to companies with large weekly/monthly payrolls
  • Process end to end payroll, including dealing with your client queries
  • Reviewing and checking all aspects of payroll process
  • Managing multiple payrolls at any given time
  • Deal with HMRC PAYE/NI regarding queries
  • Successfully build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new clients
  • Set up clients payrolls and work place pensions on software

The successful candidate:

Will ideally have experience of bureau payroll within an accountancy practice. You will be confident in the use of Sage 50 and the calculation of statutory payments for payroll purposes. Candidates without accountancy practice will also be considered. In this case you will ideally have calculated and processed multiple payrolls and have used Sage 50.

Our client is open to candidates working at their Sheffield or Rotherham office, and to both full and part time hours.
