Role: PR Account Manager

Salary: £27,000-£30,000 per annum

Our client is looking for a talented and motivated PR professional to join their expert team.

As one of the region’s most established integrated PR, marketing and design agencies, they have been raising the profile of brands through strategic storytelling for over 26 years.

As a PR Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts across various sectors, including leisure, hospitality, and property. You will craft and implement PR strategies to help brands achieve their most ambitious marketing goals and communication objectives.

We are searching for someone creative and dynamic who can demonstrate impeccable communication and organisational skills. This person should be able to deliver an exceptional client experience alongside data-backed results.

The role will include:

  • Leading client meetings
  • Managing client and project teams
  • Developing PR and marketing strategies
  • Campaign ideation
  • Building effective media relationships
  • Writing and distribution of media releases
  • Story-seeding, including press release sell-ins and feature placement
  • Journalist and media targeting, seeking proactive and reactive media opportunities
  • Producing copy for online platforms, including websites, e-newsletters and social media
  • Ad-hoc copywriting, including award submissions and marketing literature
  • Research and information gathering
  • Attending media events
  • Producing coverage and social media performance reports
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends in PR, marketing and social media

The suitable candidate:

  • Ideally, 2 years + experience of working in a marketing/PR agency in a Senior Account Executive/Account Manager role with a proven track record of delivering integrated PR campaigns.
