We’re on the lookout for a talented Product Developer to join a passionate, design-led team in Sheffield. This is a hands-on role, working closely with Designers to bring collections to life with care, precision, and purpose. If you love creating garments that make women feel confident, supported, and stylish, this could be the perfect role for you. 

What you’ll do
You’ll play a key part in the product development journey, from initial sketches through to sampling and final handover. Your focus will be on quality, fit, and innovation, helping to deliver collections that delight customers while supporting sustainability goals. Key responsibilities include: 

Collection Development

  • Collaborate with Designers to bring collections from concept to final product.
  • Source fabrics, trims, and components that align with design vision, balancing quality, cost, and MOQ challenges.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating where needed without compromising design integrity.
  • Manage projects and timelines, ensuring all samples, meetings, and market presentations are delivered on schedule.
  • Support sustainability initiatives by sourcing eco-friendly materials and practices wherever possible.

Product Specification & Technical Support

  • Create detailed technical packs, BOMs, and costings to guide production.
  • Manage colour standards, lab dips, and dye bags in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Ensure fit, performance, and integrity are maintained throughout the development process.
  • Identify and resolve potential production risks, working closely with garment and fabric tech teams.
  • Maintain clear communication across design, technical, and supply chain teams to meet business needs efficiently.

Who we’re looking for

  • Passionate about product development and garment innovation.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident in Excel, Illustrator, and PLM systems.
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
