Role: Project Manager

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 Per Annum DOE

The role:

Our client is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from initial enquiry through to completion. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards, while maintaining strong commercial control and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from enquiry through to final account.
• Coordinate Design, Procurement, Production and Installation teams.
• Monitor project budgets, costs and profitability.
• Manage project risks, variations and change requests.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and forecasts.
• Support continuous improvement across systems and processes.

The successful candidate:

Essential

• Proven project management experience within signage, construction, fit-out or a similar industry.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Desirable

• CSCS Card.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and installation processes.
• Experience managing national rollout projects.
• Understanding of contracts, purchase order controls and change management.
