Role: Property Co-ordinator

Salary: £22,000-£28,000 per annum depending on experience

Location: Sheffield – Office or Hybrid working available

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

Key duties will include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service to new and potential clients via telephone, e-mail, online and video communication
  • Arranging and conducting viewings, dealing with online, e-mail and telephone queries and diary management using our internal property software systems
  • Management and administration of the CRM system to include helping to distribute newsletters, mail outs and uploads to social media channels
  • Dealing with the preparation of legal packs and providing assistance for potential buyers and sellers with any queries
  • Research of potential new clients such as solicitors, Housing Associations, surveyors and any other relevant companies or individuals
  • Awareness of all advertisement of online portals such as RightMove and Zoopla with a view to contacting potential vendors

Experience Required:


  • Previous experience of working within the property sector is essential, as is a working knowledge of the legal purchase process
  • Excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone
  • Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Experience of dealing with inbound and outbound calls
  • The ability to work towards monthly and annual targets in-line with company growth expectations and self-manage your workload
  • A flexible approach to working hours as there will be some weekend and evening work required at times
