Role: Property Consultant
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 DOE + Commission
Location: Rotherham
Working Pattern/Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Saturdays: 1 in 3 on a rota

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via face-to-face appointments, telephone and email
- Generate business from enquiries and leads
- Arrange property viewings and accompany clients where required
- Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers
- Work towards agreed sales targets, including valuations, mortgage appointments and sales agreed
- Support the sales progression process as your experience develops
- Maintain accurate records and keep customers updated throughout their journey
- Represent the business professionally at all times
The Successful Candidate:
- Previous experience in property, estate agency or sales is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident building relationships with customers
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to generating business
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential (business mileage reimbursed)
- Eager to learn, develop and build a long-term career within the property sector
