Hours: 9am till 5.30pm (Mon-Thurs), 9am till 4.30pm (Fri) and 9am – 1pm (1 in 4 Saturdays)

The role:

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong, organisational management skills, technical knowledge, and leadership qualities to ensure properties are maintained efficiently and tenants’ needs are met promptly. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the smooth running of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring high standards of service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management and maintenance of multiple properties, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance activities, liaising with contractors and service providers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords.
• Maintain detailed records of property inspections, maintenance activities, and tenant communications.

The successful candidate:

• Proven property management experience with strong leadership qualities.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
