Role: Property Manager

Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 Per Annum

Location: Sheffield

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and instructing repairs and alterations at managed properties
  • Managing renewals of relevant safety certifications
  • Carrying out inspections and property management visits
  • Liaising daily with tenants, landlords and contractors
  • Managing tenant check-in and check-out procedures, negotiating deposit returns
  • Supervising quotations and processing invoices and documentation onto internal systems
  • Liaising with utility companies regarding tenant changeovers
  • Conducting occasional viewings to support the lettings team
  • Managing your own portfolio of properties within a fast-paced environment

The Successful Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar property management or customer service role preferred
  • Office-based experience
  • Good knowledge of Lettings Regulations preferred
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and general internet use
  • Well presented, articulate and professional communicator
  • Confident, hardworking and proactive with a “can-do” attitude
  • Able to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
  • Pragmatic, organised and able to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
