Role: Rental Advisor

Salary: £25,000 Plus Commission

Location: Rotherham (S60)

Hours: Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 18:00, Alternate Saturdays: 09:00 – 16:00 (with early finish the following Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all rental enquiries
• Managing the full hire process, from booking creation through to termination
• Processing rental bookings and contracts using a rental management system
• Managing a shared inbox and responding to customer enquiries
• Coordinating with workshop and valeting teams to ensure vehicles are prepared, compliant and ready for collection
• Reconciling customer payments and deposits
• Processing damage invoices and additional customer charges
• Maintaining accurate fleet data across internal systems
• Conducting daily fleet checks and audits
• Supporting vehicle acquisition and defleet processes
• Assisting with sales ledger administration for lease customers
• Supporting reporting for weekly and monthly management reports
• Identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into confirmed rentals

• Proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Experience in vehicle rental, fleet management, or automotive administration (preferred but not essential)
