Role: Retrofit Coordinator

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 Per Annum (Plus £5,200 Car Allowance)

The role:

Our client is recruiting for a Retrofit Coordinator to oversee the delivery of PAS2035-compliant retrofit projects across the Midlands. Working closely with internal teams, surveyors and external partners, you will manage the end-to-end retrofit process, ensuring compliance, quality and excellent customer outcomes across a range of energy efficiency schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full PAS2035 retrofit process from assessment through to handover.
• Coordinate retrofit surveys, energy modelling and TrustMark compliance.
• Support the delivery of SHDF, ECO, LAD and other funded retrofit programmes.
• Act as the technical lead for retrofit coordination and energy efficiency.
• Work closely with surveyors, designers and operational teams to deliver compliant solutions.
• Manage audit programmes to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support tender submissions with technical expertise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners.

The successful candidate:

Essential

• Qualified Retrofit Coordinator.
• Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and OCDEA.
• Experience managing retrofit surveys and PAS2035 processes.
• Strong knowledge of TrustMark and energy efficiency schemes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound construction knowledge and energy modelling experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing project delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Desirable

• Minimum five years’ experience within the construction industry.
• Experience delivering retrofit projects under SHDF, ECO or LAD funding.
• Proven experience in energy efficiency retrofit works.
