Role: Sales Administrator
Salary: £22,500 – £24,500
Located: Rotherham
Hours:- Monday to Thursday 8am – 4.30pm & Friday 8am – 4pm.

Our client is a renowned Label and Print Specialist company based in Rotherham. They produce a broad range of printed products for businesses across the UK. They are now looking to expand the team due to growth.
The role:
- General office tasks – directing phone calls, accepting & booking deliveries, help with filing & admin.
- Dealing with customers – taking enquiries, pricing, managing their expectations.
- Learn on the job – the industry and in-depth specification requirements and knowledge.
- Proof checking artwork – high attention to detail required.
- To work as part of a team to ensure work is finished to a high-quality standard. Our company strapline “Committed to Quality & Service” – something we’re passionate about.
- Ownership of your work and that any issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
- Occasional light warehouse duties and stock control/management.
The successful candidate:
- Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and to planned/tight deadlines.
- Able to work as part of a team and/or independently.
- Good organisational skills
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in an office environment.
- Printing industry experience desired but not essential.
- Sales/admin experience desired but not essential.
