Role: Sales Agent
Salary: Up to £20,000 per annum plus commission (OTE £5-£6K)

Our client is a fast growing global business who offer a wide range of products and services to the fleet and logistics market.
The role:
Our client is looking for a Sales Agent who will be responsible for making outbound calls to both new and existing customers, in order to qualify them as a sales lead for sales specialists. This position will require working closely with a Sales Team to ensure the accurate and effective quality of sales leads.
The role is outbound calling from warm data. Duties within the role include:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to schedule appointments for the sales teams
• Demonstrate an aptitude for sales and be able to identify additional products and services to increase customer satisfaction
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly appointment and pipeline targets
• Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner
• Demonstrate an aptitude for sales and be able to identify additional products and services to increase customer satisfaction
• Have a positive attitude toward customers in all interactions and establish a positive rapport
• Follow all processes and procedures that are put in place which may change from time to time
• Deal in a professional manger with all customer communications
• Ensure all information is captured correctly and accurately for each conversation
The suitable candidate:
• B2B or B2C sales experience
• Experience in outbound sales
• Good communication skills and telephone manner
• Comfortable in working towards targets and KPI’s
• Highly motivated and eager to be successful
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent team player
• Applies honesty, initiative, flexibility, and confidentiality to their work
• Maintains a positive work atmosphere and culture
• Actively follows time management to ensure daily metrics are achieved
