Role: Sales Co-Ordinator

Salary: £21-25K DOE + Commission

Location: Sheffield

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Your New Role

Reporting to your Team Leader and the Commercial Manager, your main duties will include:

  • Handling customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to queries from both internal and external parties
  • Negotiating with small and large companies to secure orders
  • Develop customer relationships to ensure recurring business
  • Produce accurate quotations based on customer enquiries

What You’ll Need To Succeed

You will need to have excellent communication skills and an enthusiastic and positive attitude due to the high level of customer interaction and experience in a busy sales office environment, construction or manufacturing industry, would be a bonus. A strong attention to detail and an ability to sustain a high degree of accuracy is vital. You should be methodical, organised and will have the capability to prioritise and manage your time efficiently. You will have GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grade A-C and be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office.
