Salary/Package: up to £25,000 per annum plus uncapped commission scheme

Are you an enthusiastic, goal driven sales professional skilled in developing customer relationships and managing a team? If you’re interested in making a  difference and strengthening a trusted brand we have an exciting opportunity to join a luxury manufacturing business which has been trading for over 30 years.

This is a really exciting time to join the business as we look to create more awareness and engagement for our products throughout the UK.

Working as a Sales Office Manager, you will manage an existing team to help improve sales performance, and structure a sales strategy in line with company objectives to grow our customer base and revenue. Our sales enquiries are generated through our website, email and telephone and we’ve invested in HubSpot to manage and segment our customer interest. We’re looking for someone to intelligently and consultatively manage the leads through HubSpot and challenge our current sales processes/suggest improvements. You’ll be our ‘go-to’ sales lead and you’ll advise and strategise our sales function and team.

Key objective – Maximise and lead sales performance for new and existing customer enquiries.

– Inbound / outbound sales
– Showroom presentation
– Leading the conversation with customers over the phone and face to face
– Creating a desirable impression to client base
– Customer relationship management
– Managing customer expectations and requirements

The successful candidate:

You will need to be comfortable and confident interacting with customers over the phone and face to face. You must also have previous inbound and outbound sales experience and have a sound understanding of customer relationship management software, as being able to identify opportunities to create, nurture and re-engage with leads to maximise sales is essential.

Previous experience of dealing with customer issues and expectations is also required, as is being prepared to help with other administrative tasks.

Line management experience, coaching and development of a team is also an essential requirement.

You will have:

– Ideally, a minimum of 3 years sales experience
– Experience of selling over the phone and face to face
– Customer relationship management
– Inbound and outbound sales
– Working with promotional campaigns and identifying new opportunities
– Experience of selling within high-end housewares products (desirable)
– People management experience
