Role: Senior/ Head Designer
Salary: £45- £55K depending on experience

We are entering an exciting new phase and are looking for a Senior Creative to help inspire and deliver impactful campaigns.
We have a diverse range of clients, from cultural festivals to the placemaking.
Working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver work that goes above and beyond, you’ll ensure innovation and great ideas are central to everything you produce.
With an excellent creative eye, you’ll have a clear and comprehensive understanding of art direction and craft, and will be able to comfortably brief and lead projects, proactively offering input and knowledge to ensure the outcome meets both ours and the clients exacting standards.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll seek to manage and add value to junior team members’ work, and will oversee any freelance and/or external input.
What we are after:
A creative leader comfortable with initiating new ideas which resonate with the audiences they are looking to engage.
You’ll be comfortable working across all aspects of a project from concept to delivery. You’ll know how to lead projects and teams, and divide your time between work and stakeholders to keep to deadlines.
Every day is different and could include working on campaigns, online, packaging and more, so versatility in your portfolio is key.
Confident when it comes to communication, you’ll be able to present ideas both internally and externally, and have experience managing and/or mentoring juniors; using your expertise to bring out the best in your team. Agency experience would be preferred.
Holidays: 20 days per year plus bank holidays plus and informal shut down at Christmas.
Enrolment on to the company health plan after probation
Enrolment on to the company pension scheme after probation.
An informal Christmas bonus scheme whereby if the company has performed well all staff receive a cash bonus at Christmas.
