Our client is seeking an experienced Factory Sewing Machinist to join their growing team. This role requires strong practical sewing skills, particularly with lockstitch and overlock machines. You will play a key part in the production process, ensuring high-quality output within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial lockstitch and overlock sewing machines to produce a variety of fabric products.
• Work from patterns, templates, or instructions to ensure accurate and consistent production.
• Maintain high standards of quality, checking completed items for accuracy and finish.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining attention to detail.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report any faults or issues.
• Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with the wider production team to support workflow and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a sewing machinist (1 year preferred)
• Experience with factory-based sewing machinery, specifically lockstitch and overlock
