An established provider of environmental and drainage services is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee utility and drainage projects. This role involves managing on-site teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. It is well suited to someone with strong leadership skills and experience within drainage or utilities environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site teams delivering drainage and utility projects
• Support planning and coordination of project work
• Manage materials, orders, and site deliveries
• Organise work schedules and site activities
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain compliance with relevant safety regulations and procedures
• Report project progress and site issues to management
• Delegate tasks and coordinate team activities on-site
• Attend site and operational meetings as required

The Successful Candidate:

• Experience within drainage, utilities, or similar environments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good planning and organisational ability
• Effective communication skills
• Awareness of health and safety procedures
• Ability to problem-solve and manage site challenges
• Commercial awareness when working with clients
• Project management experience (desirable)

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)

Desirable Qualifications:

• SSSTS (Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme)
• CSCS card (Skilled or Black preferred)
• Relevant Level 3, 4 or 5 qualification
