Role: Software Sales Executive
Salary: £35,000 Plus Uncapped Commission (Paid in accordance with Company Policy)
Location: Sheffield (Office-based)
Hours: 09:00–17:00
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing New Business team within a SaaS environment, focused on field management and mobilisation solutions. The role is centred around driving new business growth through lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing deals, while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business leads through research, networking, and social selling (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Deliver tailored software demonstrations based on client needs and challenges
- Manage and track sales activity using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), ensuring accurate forecasting
- Lead negotiations and close deals to maximise revenue and long-term customer value
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and relay feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify upsell and renewal opportunities
The Successful Candidate:
Essential:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Strong IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
- Understanding of SaaS concepts, including APIs and integrations
- Full UK driving licence (travel to client sites may be required)
Desirable:
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure
- Relevant industry certifications
