An established provider of environmental and drainage services is seeking an experienced Tanker Driver to join their team. Operating nationwide, the organisation delivers reliable and efficient solutions across liquid waste and drainage services. This role involves the safe transportation and handling of liquid waste, with a focus on compliance, safety, and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate specialist tanker vehicles including jetting, suction, and vacuum tankers
• Respond to emergency callouts including blockages, flooding, and pollution incidents
• Carry out collection and safe disposal of liquid and controlled waste
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures
• Complete pre- and post-shift vehicle checks
• Accurately record job details and maintain documentation
• Ensure PPE is maintained and used correctly
• Support wider teams when required and adapt to operational needs

The Successful Candidate:

• Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
• Valid Tachograph card
• Driver CPC qualification
• Experience operating tanker vehicles (desirable but not essential)
• Willingness to undertake training and develop new skills
• Knowledge or training in areas such as high-pressure jetting, first aid, or manual handling (advantageous)
• Flexible and team-oriented approach
