Role: Telesales Executive

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £15.00 Per Hour (Plus Commission Structure)

Hours: 10:00 – 15:00

Working Pattern: Flexible – 3 to 5 Days Per Week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telephone sales calls to prospective customers.
  • Identify and generate new business leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Promote products and services confidently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activity.
  • Work towards individual sales targets and KPIs.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Previous sales experience is essential.
  • Experience in telephone-based sales.
  • Confident in generating new leads and securing new business.
  • Sales-focused with a target-driven mindset.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and positive attitude.
