Role: Triage Advisor – Customer Delivery / Install Planning

Location: Tadcaster

Salary: £13.34 Per Hour

Hours: 09:00 – 17:00

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Triage Advisor to join a busy Customer Delivery team. This role is focused on ensuring installation and reactive work is accurately assessed and fully prepared before entering the planning stage. You will act as a key link between customers, planners and field teams, helping to reduce delays and improve right-first-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing incoming installation and reactive job requests
• Ensuring all required information is complete and accurate before planning
• Contacting customers to confirm readiness, access, stock and missing details
• Identifying issues with job scope or resource requirements
• Supporting planners by ensuring work is clear and ready to schedule
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve any blockers
• Escalating aged jobs, risks and recurring issues
• Contributing to improved customer experience and operational efficiency

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• A proactive and problem-solving approach
• High level of accuracy with systems and record keeping
• Experience within customer service, planning, scheduling or operational support would be beneficial
