Role: Vehicle Sales Executive

Salary: £19,000 – £25,000 Per Annum Base – OTE £50,000 – £60,000 Per Annum

Location: Rotherham

Hours: Two-Week Rota – Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 / 09:00 – 13:30, plus two Saturdays Per Month, 09:00 – 16:00

The role:

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Vehicle Sales Executive to join their growing sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent automotive business specialising in the sale of new and used bespoke vehicles. You’ll work within a fast-paced, target-driven environment, providing an excellent customer experience while converting enquiries and warm leads into sales.

The role would suit an experienced automotive sales professional who is confident dealing with customers face-to-face, prospecting leads and working towards sales and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage customer enquiries and guide customers through the sales process
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Follow up and prospect warm sales leads
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
• Work towards individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Support the wider sales team in achieving business objectives

The successful candidate:

• Previous automotive and sales experience
• Experience working within a face-to-face sales environment
• Confident making sales calls and prospecting warm leads
• Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve results
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
• Confident using IT systems
• Positive, enthusiastic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence
