Salary: £13.85 Per Hour

Located: Dove Valley Park

Hours: 37.5 Hours – 08:00-16:00 & 09:30-17:30

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday

Our client is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to support the day-to-day warehouse operation and ensure the efficient and safe distribution of products. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high operational standards.

The role:

• Supporting the day-to-day operational activities within the warehouse
• Assisting with the receipt, storage and distribution of products
• Carrying out accurate data entry and maintaining warehouse records
• Assisting supervisors and managers with administrative duties including filing, matching invoices and document management
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse and wider facility
• Supporting colleagues with operational queries and concerns
• Ensuring compliance with GDP, GWP and company procedures
• Assisting with additional duties as required to meet operational deadlines

The successful candidate:

• Previous warehouse and supply chain experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Accurate data entry skills
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced team environment
• Good level of physical fitness with the ability to lift up to 25kg
• Proactive and flexible approach to work
• Ability to work rotational shifts and additional hours when required

Desirable:

• Good working knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP)
• Good working knowledge of Good Warehousing Practice (GWP)
• Pharmaceutical industry experience

Additional Information:
